The Principal Rift Valley Technical Training Institute (RVTTI) Eldoret on behalf of the Board of Governors, staff and trainees wishes to inform all candidates for November 2018 and July 2019 who qualified for the awards of Artisan, Craft certificates, Diplomas and Higher Diplomas that the 8th Graduation ceremony will be held on Friday 1nd November 2019 from 8.30am at the Institute.
All prospective graduands should note the following:
Clearance
All candidates who qualified are required to clear their financial obligations before they are allowed to graduate.
Registration
Prospective graduands are required to register and generate their graduation forms by visiting alumni.rvti.ac.ke and from Monday 7th October 2019, Graduation gowns can be collected from 21 st October at seminar room 1
Academic records
Graduands are required to verify the correctness of their names and other course details with the respective Heads of departments or checking the list online by visiting www.rvti.ac.ke by 18th October 2019
Graduation gowns
Graduands are expected to be in full academic attire for the graduation ceremony. Graduation gowns will be available for collection from the registry upon payment of a non refundable fee of Kshs 1,500.00. Graduation gowns will be returned on or before 5
th November 2019, after which a penalty of Kshs 500.00 per day will be charged. All graduation fee payments should be made through the Rift Valley Technical Training Institute account number 1258049 Barclays bank, Eldoret branch or M-Pesa pay bill number 799999 using your Admission Number as your account number.
When paying through M-Pesa, graduands are requested to present their transaction SMS.
Rehearsal: All graduands intending to participate in the ceremony must attend the rehearsal on Thursday 31st October 2019 at 2.00pm at the Institute’s graduation square in full academic attire.
